What Is Included
- Windows and macOS updates.
- Updates for common apps: browsers, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom, Java, and the standard catalog.
- A monthly report with the share of devices that are up to date.
- Emergency updates for actively exploited flaws within 72 hours of the vendor's release.
- Restart scheduling with prompts for your people.
- A rollback when an update fails.
What Is Not Included
- Devices that are not under Managed Security. We update what we monitor.

Servers and shared machines need updates too, so we count every managed device.
